3 Water Blood contains water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body Water is part of your immune system main ingredient in perspiration helps digest your food and get rid of waste In: fluids, veggies and fruit clear colorless odorless tasteless liquid Water types : Artesian Mineral Distilled Fluoridated Purified Sparkling Spring Stertile Well

(iron)  In general, functions of dietary minerals are: –As constituents of bones and teeth. –As salts regulating body fluids. •Dietary mineral must be eaten to maintain physical.
