9 Unit 3: Front of House VS Back of House
Restaurants and Hotels have a front of house and a back of house. In the back of house there is the kitchen, break room, office and employee restrooms. Customers are not permitted in the back of house. The front of house includes any area that customers have access to in the restaurant. This includes the hostess and cashier area, dinning room, waiting area, outside seating, bar, and public restrooms.

22 Homework Using a computer, type the vocabulary words for unit 5.
Then type the Korean words next to each English word. Finally, write the English meaning of the vocabulary word. EXAMPLE: Chopsticks - 젓가락:  kitchen/eating utensils that are shaped pairs of equal-length sticks. Homework is due next week -- May 20th .
