10 Special Note on “OUT OF SERVICE” Flag
In version 10 of INFOR the internal code has the following controls: The Out of Service Flag, means the Equip. No. is still in your plant, but is no longer used. (A Mold waiting ford customer disposition, a spare, etc.) If a piece of equipment is marked Out Of Service Do a new Work Request Against it Do a Work Order Quick Entry Against it Add it to a PM Schedule If a piece of equipment is marked Out Of Service, and has an Open Work Order you can still operate on that Open Work Order (Add Labor, Close, etc.) If a piece of equipment is marked Out Of Service, and is on a PM Schedule. The PMs will continue to Generate until you add a “Stop PM Date”, or Remove it from the PM Schedule. then you cannot: B- Equipment Entry, ( )

11 Transferring or Withdrawing Equipment
