4. Select the appropriate medicine from the drop down list

6. HRM broken down into 5 sections:
Concordance
Interactions & precautions
Adverse reactions
Monitoring
Review

9. Make the appropriate selections using the radio buttons

10. Click the Next button to move on to the next section

11. Use the Back button to return to a previous section OR Next to proceed

15. Click the Save & Review button to save your entries.
Please Note: You can Save at any stage and return to complete sections later

Click on the headings to re-access this area and amend your selections.

19. The system will default in the desired outcome.

20. Complete the remaining fields in the normal way.

21. Click Save to add the issue.

22. The Care issue will be added and can be updated via the View link in the normal manner.

23. All high risk care issues can also be viewed and updated from the patients home page. The type of care issue will be indicated.

24. Possible to add other associated care issues that do not relate directly to one of the section responses via Add

25. When you have entered all of the information click the Complete assessment button

26. Once completed you can continue to add/amend care issues but will not be able to change the section responses.
