1 Binder Bootcamp: 2017

2 Dividers three tabs per subject (Math, English, science, history (if you have Human Geo AP), Foreign language, avid). Your dividers can be organized as follows-- Notes Work Graded If You have notes in a spiral bound notebook, you can leave the notes in the spiral bound and tuck the spiral in folder for binder check. 

3 Notes Notes need to stay organized in chronological order, keeping the most recent on top. So, behind the tab is newest oldest. what constitutes a set of NOtes: heading, EQ, minimum one page notes (not including summary), summary, highlight/ revisions. 1/2 sheet option can be attached for notes/study guides that do not work in Cornell.

4 EVIL POCKETS There should NOT be anything in the pockets in the front or back or any of the dividerS, if they have pocket dividers. An art project or other non-punchable assignment will be accepted on occasion. Also, accordion binders will not work. YOU need to use a three ring binder. 

5 oRGANIZATION No loose papers. Clear Tabs. Agenda easy to find.

6 aGENDA Completed for every academic class on a daily basis.
Feedback by highlighting/marking accomplishments. 

7 Binder Check Rubric Needs to be filled out before class.
Belongs in front of folder.

8 Binder Checks Every Friday (except on holidays)
Due In teacher room within 5 minutes of the bell ringing.
