‘Each challenge adviser will determine the nature of the bespoke support package to be provided to each school according to need which may result in the allocation of additional support days. This additional support could be delivered by a range of providers’

Using expertise of CA team for the benefit of schools Simplifying the existing line management system Has the potential to enhance primary/secondary transition Collective knowledge of schools as opposed to knowledge being with one person and lost when they leave/move. Fewer issues when personnel leave as the schools will become used to working with more than one CA.

Provides a model into which school leaders and expertise from within schools can be drawn. Experience and knowledge of working with specific types of schools can be developed.
