Limited number of Agents: 100 Monitoring of one waiting queue per Agent (an optional 2nd waiting queue can be monitored) No extensive or customizable statistics available No Skill Based Routing Only calls are supported (no Mails, Faxes, etc.) Only Inbound Call Center No graphical Call Flow Editor Conclusion: iQM is an attractive solution for small and simple Call Centers. A live demo and explanation are mandatory before every Sale of the iQM solution. iQM can handle maximum 2 Waiting queue. The strength of iQM is its price according to the functionalities : 245€ per queues. 3rd part solution which are indeed maybe more complex can cost up to €. The goal here is to have a product with the main useful functionalities for a small call center. It is useless to pay thousand euros for a system which will be used only at 20% of its functionalities
