12 ABSTINENCE FROM SEX AND A MONOGAMOUS MARRIAGE ARE THE BEST PROTECTIONS AGAINST STDS.
***Abstinence is deciding NOT to have sex or intimate contact (penis, vagina, anus, mouth) until marriage. *** Monogamous is only having one partner for life.

13 Pathogens are what causes a disease or illness.
Virus:   viral infections are challenging to treat, primarily because viruses are relatively tiny and reproduce inside cells. Antibiotics do NOT affect viruses and can not help cure the viruses. All you can do is treat the symptoms. 2. Bacteria: most bacterial diseases can be treated with antibiotics, although many strains of bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics because of over use. There are a number of pathogens. The two most common are viruses and bacteria.
