Introduction Member Mapping is a Web application that allows a Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc. member to improve their municipal-level notifications using maps. As a mapped member of PA One Call, you may define your notification area(s) to be smaller than municipal boundaries. The application will then determine whether a ticket within a municipality should be sent to the member – or not. For an overview of how to create Member Maps, please watch this brief video: Next, step through this PowerPoint tutorial for detail on how to create, review, approve, and delete notification areas. Questions? Please contact Member Services online WebChat using the CONTACT > CHAT link on the homepage via at or call , extension 7168 Updated 09/22/15 Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc. Proprietary

3 How does Member Mapping work?
On every mapped ticket, the notification processing system uses the Ticket Notification Area and the Member Notification Area to determine if a member is to be notified. The Member Notification Area is defined as the map objects drawn within each municipality. If both areas overlap – the member receives the ticket If both areas do not overlap – the member is excluded from the ticket To review excluded tickets, login and click your link for Facility Owner Member Web Access and go to: Facility Owner Member Web Access > Ticket Lookup > Exclusions Updated 09/22/15 Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc.
