2 Graduation Requirements
Earn 26 Credits Foundation Courses + Endorsement(s) Electives 2 credits -Same Foreign Language 1 credit - P.E. 1 credit – Fine Art .5 credit – Health .5 credit – Speech

3 Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of the following STAAR EOC exams English 1 (Combined Reading and Writing) English 2 (Combined Reading and Writing) Algebra 1 Biology US History *EOC Testing April and May 2018

4 Distinguished Level of Achievement
4 credits in Math (must include Algebra 2) and 4 credits in Science and Curriculum requirements for Foundation and 1 or more Endorsement areas Distinguished level of Achievement is mandatory to be eligible for the Top 10% Automatic Admission to Texas Public Universities

5 Performance Acknowledgements
A student may earn a performance acknowledgement for completing one of the following 12 hours of Dual Credit with 3.0 average Score a 3 or higher on an AP Exam PSAT Commended Scholar or higher SAT math =520 and reading =410 ACT score = 28 Earning a nationally recognized industry certification or license (Welding, Health Science, Microsoft Office)

Business & Industry Arts & Humanities Public Services Multidisciplinary

7 Endorsements Endorsement: Includes courses related to:
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Science Technology, including computer science Engineering Advanced Math Business and Industry Agriculture Architecture and Construction Business Finance Marketing Manufacturing Debate Journalism Culinary Arts Public Services Health Sciences Education and Training JROTC Arts and Humanities Fine Arts Social Studies Foreign Language Multidisciplinary Allows students to select courses from each endorsement area

8 STEM Algebra II, Chemistry, and Physics and
2 additional Math courses or 2 additional Science courses or 4 Computer Science or 4 Engineering (PLTW)

9 Business & Industry Career and Technical Education
A coherent sequence of courses for 4 or more credits that consists of at least two courses in the same career cluster, including at least one advanced CTE course and the final course from one of the following clusters. Clusters Agriculture, Food, Natural Resources, Architecture and Construction Business Management and Administration Finance Manufacturing Marketing or

English Four English elective credits including three levels in one of the following areas: Debate or Advanced Journalism: Newspaper or Advanced Journalism: Yearbook

11 Public Services Career and Technical Education
A coherent sequence of courses for 4 or more credits that consists of at least two courses in the same career cluster, including at least one advanced CTE course and the final course from one of the following clusters. Clusters Education and Training/Human Services or Health Science or Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps 4 courses in JROTC

12 Arts and Humanities Social Studies Foreign Languages Fine Arts
Five Social Studies credits or Foreign Languages Four Levels of the same language other than English or Two levels of the same language other than English and two levels of a different language other than English or Fine Arts Four credits from one or two disciplines of fine arts

13 Multidisciplinary Studies
Four advanced courses that prepare a student to enter the workforce successfully or postsecondary education or Four credits in each of the four foundation subject areas to include English IV and Chemistry and/or Physics or Four credits in Advanced Placement or Dual Credit selected from English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Economics, Other Languages, or Fine Arts
