5 GOVERNMENT AGENCY AFFILIATIONS OSAC Hostile Control Tactics is an approved constituent member of OSAC. The Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), is a charter agency of the US Department of State. OSAC was developed to promote security cooperation between American business, private sector enterprise world-wide and the US Department of State.

6 The OSAC (Council) is comprised of 30 private sector and 4 public sector member organizations that represent a broad range of economic sectors or agencies operating abroad. 11 In 2005, Hostile Control Tactics produced a comprehensive vetting, screening and training program accepted for use by leading US Department of State contractors to screen civilian security personnel for overseas diplomatic security missions. PAST PERFORMANCE HISTORY Key Accomplishments

12 Hostile Control Tactics is privileged to have been requested by DynCorp International to assist in training, vetting and mobilizing security personnel for the Liberia Security Sector Reform (SSR) Project. LIBERIA SECURITY SECTOR REFORM PROJECT This is a $35 million dollar project controlled and governed by the US Department of State to help rebuild the nation of Liberia as they struggle to recover from more than a decade of civil war.
