less controlled, i.e. thoughts “pour out”
often illogical, reflecting a state of confusion in the individual’s mind
jumps from one thought to another

3. Your Task Choose a character from the play
Write a stream of consciousness based on something that character experiences from the play
Your stream should be about half a page
Use emotion in your writing to convey how the character is feeling!
