Reform is the FabSoft platform delivery engine and related services.

It provides the infrastructure to manage document workflows via bi-directional integration with Lexmark MFPs
Reform maintains a deep understanding of Host / Line of Business print streams in various operating environments. Whether its Windows or UNIX running SAP or Oracle on AS-400, Reform can handle it.
The Reform Spooler also supports all desktop printing and mobile printing
Reform captures data from host systems, user printing, MFPs, even digital cameras then applies business logic. Documents are routed through an approval process, tagged for distribution, printed, faxed, ed or archived
Reform has, perhaps, the deepest integration in the industry with OpenText’s Rightfax server. Integrations also exist with many Enterprise Content Management systems including Sharepoint, Documentum, Laserfiche and others
Reform supports User Access Control utilizing Active Directory, pin codes and proximity cards
The user community, therefore, can access approved walk-up functions at any MFP in the fleet to perform Secure Release printing, ad hoc and workflow scanning, on-demand forms retrieval and ,of course, copy and fax functions
All the while, the Reform Tracker facility tracks every transaction to provide Accounting, Cost Control and Reporting
Any customer environment can be addressed with this approach. The modular approach enables customers to build as they grow.
In a pre-sales context our platform is easy to demonstrate. The MFP client installs quickly and in minutes you can demonstrate many of these workflows from the Reform server on the FabSoft Cloud. Demo rooms and customer centers are up and running quickly without the need to setup a server.
