Bring a calculator and ruler to every Science exam! Read the questions carefully Re-read the questions carefully and be B.U.S.Y. B ox U nderline S cribble Y our ready to start Proof read longer answers such as the 6 mark question All questions Longer written questions (4-6 marks)

13 Check the number of marks available for each question; use this to determine the length of time to spend on the answer and how much you need to write. Look out for questions which don’t have specific lines for an answer e.g. lines of best fit on a graph. If it says tick two boxes, then tick two (not three!)
