1. STEM Insight: CPD Impact Toolkit

2. During STEM Insight, you will be using our CPD Impact Toolkit to record your experiences before, during and after the placement.
This toolkit has been designed by our CPD team to support your journey and to help you through the ENTHUSE award application. By completing the CPD Impact Toolkit, you will have automatically completed the ENTHUSE award documentation, securing your award.

3. The toolkit contains a number of online forms that must be completed during the programme.
Each form has a specific deadline for completion, which must be followed to ensure that your ENTHUSE award can be processed.

4. When should the toolkit be completed?
This form must be completed before the placement starts.
By completing this form, you have completed your application for your ENTHUSE award bursary.

5. When should the toolkit be completed?
This form must be completed within 2 weeks of the placement ending.
To complete the form you will need your line manager and placement host’s address, as these will need to be entered at the bottom of the form.
You are welcome to share the contents of this toolkit with your placement host and a copy of this form will be sent to them when the form is completed.

6. When should the toolkit be completed?
This form must be completed before the CPD day.

7. When should the toolkit be completed?
These forms must be completed within 2 weeks of the CPD day.

8. When should the toolkit be completed?
These forms will need to be completed 9 weeks and 3 months after the programme has finished.

9. The buttons at the end of each form should be used to save and complete the details that you have entered.
Whilst the form is ‘in progress’ you are able to press the save button to save a draft.

10. When you are ready to complete the form, press the complete button and the save button. This will lock your form and send it to the STEM Insight team.
If you do not press the save button, any information that you put into the form will be lost.
All forms must be set to completed before the given deadline.

11. In summary:
before your placement starts, you should have received an invite to the CPD Impact Toolkit and an access code.
if you have not received an invite , check your spam / junk folder. If no has been sent, contact the STEM Insight team:
the first form must be completed before to start your placement.
the second form should be completed shortly after your placement, but you may wish to fill it in after / during your action planning meeting.
all forms must be saved and set to complete before the deadline to receive your ENTHUSE award bursary.
You may wish to download a copy of your impact toolkit to keep as a record of your CPD journey and for future review meetings.
