2.  Individualism and collectivism (IDV)
Mr. Toad was being asked by the grandmother about his personal life , she asked him questions like “are you married?, Do you have children?” and he fells uncomfortable. In collectivism culture country like India has a lower individualism level (48 score) which mean its collectivism and Private life “invaded” by institution and organizations to which one belongs and asking private questions is normal thing , Unlike country like USA which is Todd from they have very high individualism level (91 score) which means people believe everyone has a right to have a private life and that explain why he felt uncomfortable when the grandma asked him about his private life ,he have the right not to answer this kind of questions.

3.  Individualism and collectivism (IDV)
In this scene Toad was sick and Puro as a way for taking care of his sick boss he brought him food and drinks , In a country with high collectivism level(the score for individualism was 48) like India they Think absolute loyalty to group like organization , and it was pretty normal for Puro to act as he did , In the USA which have very high individualism score 91 , the culture expect people to be taking care of themselves and there direct family only, also home and work is completely separate . This explain way Tod was surprised by his fellow trainee action

4. HIGH CONTEXT CULTURE vs LOW CONTEXT CULTURE
Toad was being angry that one of the employee was talking and wasting his time , trying to build a relationship with the customer while working , In a country that fellow high context culture which is India, a Close personal relationships is common and the way that the employee behaved was normal and acceptable so in employee POV it was nothing wrong but with Mr. Toad it was absolutely wrong because in the USA which is low context country culture citizens prefer short term relationships without building a long term relationship , Toad saw the employee action with a angered react, due that he believed it was wasting value producing time in useless ,non profit talk.

5. HIGH CONTEXT CULTURE vs LOW CONTEXT CULTURE
Mr. Toad realized that he made a mistake trying to run the office in American way , so he asked them “what will make your day more positive experience?” they started asking if they can bring personal valued belongs to work environment , Toad agreed without any hint of disagreement , the employees showed a side of high context culture which is strong sense of insiders and outsiders when they wanted to make the work place more local and family-like , Mr. Toad also revealed a side of low context culture it is when he was Informal with them by allowing the employee to bring personal things to work.

6.  Individualism and collectivism (IDV)
Puro was having friendly chat with Mr. Toad , In a part of it Toad mentioned his parents , naturally Puro started asking about them making a guess that Toad miss them , the said male answered “ when I am home I don’t miss them at all” , Puro again predicted that he see them everyday , again Toad answer was shock that he don’t visit them only a few times in a year. This seen covers a gap between Individualism and Collectivism countries, In USA which is Individualism country living separate form parents is seen as moving toward individualism also self-orientation the USA posses one of the highest rate of individualism 91 score ,from the collectivism country POV (India) living away from parents seen as something shocked and unacceptable because collectivism prefer group orientation and even when the son is working he don’t like to leave his family and start living away from them , India scored a very low individualism level which is 48.
