2 Project Overview Audit Timekeeping replaced a process that was mostly manual with multiple databases with centralized and automated time reporting to provide management information and reports on audit activities TAP allows taxpayers to register their business, view their tax records, make payments on posted tax liabilities, check status of a refund, and make demographic changes through a web-based application.

TAP Registration and Financials for PIT/CIT/CRS – 09/15/2007 CRS Registration – 10/27/2007 10 Taxes & View Return Detail – 02/15/2008 Make a Payment option for PIT/CIT/CRS – 02/15/2008

4 DoIT System Impact Use existing hardware and software residing at DoIT Data Center Additional Web, Application, and Database servers for TAP reside at the DoIT Data Center Production implementation of TAP and Audit Timekeeping was handled by TRD in same fashion as all other GenTax® project moves Network impact on DoIT is about 4MB or less

6 Conclusion The Audit Timekeeping system has had a positive impact in tracking the audit activities and the ability to manage information and reports. TAP has opened an new functionality to the taxpayers that allows them to obtain personal information on their accounts, create CRS registrations, or make payments toward their PIT, CIT, or CRS delinquent liabilities all done through a web service.
