7 District Manager Trainees
A developmental position structured to prepare an individual for District Manager responsibilities Training Program lasts months comprised of two phases

8 Phase One- Store Operations (approximately 8 mos.)
Key Responsibilities In-store training with an experienced Store Manger for 6-8 Weeks. Once skills are learned, they are assigned to a facility. DMTs who consistently demonstrate the following have proven to be very successful: Consistent Decision Making Accurate Inventory Control Proactive recruiting Professional Attitude Employee Development

9 Phase Two- Field Assignment (approximately 6 mos.)
Key Responsibilities Train with field managers to provide an in-depth look at a District Manager’s responsibilities and expectations this leads up to the opportunity to run a District. Once Phase Two is completed, the DMT is eligible for promotion to District Manager which may require relocation
