Organized Regional industry day in 2010, student conference (2006) and international research conferences (WiSEE series from ) with new model, record attendance, within budget, and with high quality.
Founder of Maine COM/CS Chapter, WIE and GOLD AG.
Over 95 Publications, papers (86), books (7), and patents (2).
Received best paper awards (both Conference and journal).
Invited talks at Stanford, MIT, Cornell, GMU, LMCO, NASA JSC (TX) and GSFC (MD), INRIA (France), UofT (Canada), and several conferences (e.g. Sensors 2013 and ICNC 2014).
Received over $6.5M research awards and managed 26 private, federal and state funded projects in the past 12 years.
