2. At this point you should have received an notification from your supervisor and staff member have completed the self evaluation process. It is now your turn to take action on the review. Due dates have been assigned for the completion and submission of reviews to HR as of March 30, 2018.

Click the blue linked Task or click “View” to begin this task.

6. After completing your review, click on the blue Actions button.
You will have the option to print, return to supervisor or acknowledge receipt. Once this has been acknowledged it will be sent to HR for processing.
Click on each section in the menu to review. Supervisors and employees are able to upload additional supporting documents which appear at the end of each of the review sections.
