3.  Using duties and responsibilities from the search for the performance evaluation.  Keeping updated records will expedite the process should another search become necessary.

5.  The PeopleAdmin system has multiple User types.  Employee – can only see their position  Guest User – can only see a posted position and qualified applicants. (search committee use)  Department User – can see positions in their immediate department  Department Authority – can see all positions for multiple departments within their responsibility.  Campus HR – can see all positions, all divisions, all departments  The Scope/View is dependent upon the user type and department assigned by HR.

6.  PDQ Duties  Search Positions  Library of all positions in the department you have scope/view.  Can search by employee name, all positions within department, position classification code or title.

10.  Back Button on Browser does not work within People Admin. Follow buttons/cues on window at top/bottom.  Close window that summary appears in before going to next employee. It opens in a separate window.  Confidentiality: As some departments have multiple supervisors, you will have access to all positions within the department.
