Everyone must obey the laws regardless of position. Ex: US Constitution limits power of the government. Unlimited Government: Leaders do not have to follow the same laws as everyone else. Ex: North Korea

25 Democracy Examples Republic: people vote on representatives to rule over them and to act in the people’s best interest. 3 Branches: Executive: Enforces the Laws of the Constitution and all laws written in the spirit of the Constitution. Legislative: Creates Laws that are written in the Spirit of the Constitution Judicial: Interprets the laws that are created to make sure that they are Constitutional (follow the Constitution)
