2 PDA E-mobile Application
Generate Route Generate: - Generate Route for concerned cash officer assigned DSB /ATM in E-routing system, ensure that header information should be entered before User login into PDA. Primary Cash officer for assigned route must be created and having his PDA login & User ID and password for this application. To login Brinks application tap to Brinks app displayed on screen, type user login ID and password it will automatically sync and assigned stop of login users will appear on screen after downloading is completed. For down loading stops and information required network availability.

3 User login scheduled stop listing page
Figure 1 Beside figure 1, is user login screen, type username and password in dialogue box and tab for login, as the downloading will completed the assigned stops for that users login route will be appeared on screen as shown in figure-2 , select the desire stop/ATM among the listed view and start entering the data, accordingly to the step given below. 4 Header info. Stop K.M page
After selecting the stop beside screen Figure 3 will flashed on your screen, this is a header page you can enter the Km as when you arrive at stop , select service as No pickup or Nil pickup, page also having the DSB ID information indicate on above, Arrival Time shall be the current timing of device as default, after selecting the DSB type and entered the KM tab Next to proceed. Remember Km should equal or more than last Km. 5 Scratch card image capture
Capture scratch card Image : After entering K.M next page will pop-up you for Scratch Card image click to this button and take proper image of scratch card. Capture scratch card Image : After taking the image of scratch card enter Scratch card No in below given box. If you wish to mention any remarks please enter your remark in Remark text box. If you want to retake the image click to Retake then the camera will be functional and you may take the image again. 6 Client code screen Next screen is client code screen, Customer multiple client code or single client code will be indicate here, you can select the appropriate client code. If customer doesn’t have client code, “Not Applicable” will be indicated here. After selecting client code, select the service type from option given below like Cash pickup/No pickup/Nil pickup/Back. remember if customer having multiple client code you should have to enter every client code entries, for example if customer have two client codes but he has given you cash for one then select the proper client code for cash deposit amount and enter the no pickup entry for second client code. 7 Pickup details & dep. slip image capture
After selecting service type beside page will appear on your screen, Scratch card no will same as mentioned on previous page, Client code will be shown as selected on previous screen, then enter the deposit slip no and pickup amount, Challan no and Remark is optional. Next option is for taking white deposit or first Bank deposit slip copy image. Click here to take deposit slip photo. 8 Seal image capture side screen suggest you to capture sealed bag photo, after capturing the image enter Seal No and Remark if necessary. 9 Denomination page On next, Seal number will come from previous page, then enter details of denomination to be entered as per deposit slip. separate page given for coin entries if you wish to enter coin, go to Add coin option given below, also Add new seal entry for same deposit slip can be made under this page in add new seal , total calculate below will be equal which validate amount with amount what we have put in first page figure.. If you have multiple deposit slips for same DSB ID, go for the option shown at the bottom of screen Save & Add More Deposit Slip. And you may enter the additional deposit slip information consequently or Save, After you click to save you would be popup with entered amount confirmation window if correct select YES or NO to go back. 10 Summery page Beside page is summery page, you can view the details of entered information such as Stop name,Dep. slip no, amount, seal no, client code. Please review & confirm the information along with Customer and request customer to enter pickup amount, to make signature and put OTP if the customer avail with OPT facility Tick, beside check box to view entered OTP, Clear Button for clearing the signature, all this fields are mandatory except OTP, if customer is OTP facilitate then it will be a mandatory field. 11 Schedule & Completed page
You can identify the status of entered data entries in this page. If you see in figure. status of Completed tag in red in scheduled page, mean entry completed in to device but not to server, On bottom side of screen you find three bottom buttons Logout, Sync and Refresh. Press sync to sync pickup manually if pickup not synced automatically. To confirmed synced status view the status of sync stops in completed option press arrow given beside schedule button all successfully synced stops shifted completed page. Synced photo status bar is situated on above side of screen this shows the status of synced photos.

14 Causes of Alert messages
Device Authentication failed: This alert or pop-up on your PDA suggest that device is not authenticated into our system; provide the IMEI number of device to PDA Coordinator for authenticate the same. This might happen, if you interchanged the sim slot. No Schedule : If following condition are not fulfilled then this message will pop up after user login into the PDA. If route is not generated for user who login into PDA Header information is not completed Route still into finalization stage. NO Internet connection: This suggested that there is no internet connectivity or your data connection of your device is off. Functionalities of Buttons Scheduled: Scheduled button situated at top have this following drop like Scheduled & Completed. Scheduled: Under schedule you can see all the pending stops marked as scheduled. Completed: This option shows all the completed and successfully synced stops. Sync Videos: This button indicates the sync/Unsynced/pending status of captured videos. .

15 Change Password : After 45 days your password expired under password policy,you may receive the alert before 7’days to change the password. To change the password set new password your password should fulfill the following requirement. Type new password and again type the same for confirmation and then login with new password. Password policy Minimum Length - 8 characters Maximum Length - 14 characters Minimum complexity - Passwords should use all the following four types of characters: Lowercase Uppercase Numbers Special characters such as For Exp.  Sdfc12** or sDFC12** Password history - Require a number of unique passwords before an old password may be reused. This number should be no less than 5. Maximum password age can be 45 days
