Free, in-person counseling: 4 sessions for each, different issue Help with issues we all face: family, relationships, work stress, anxiety, grief, parenting, gambling, life transitions Local offices in private settings close to work or home National access when away from home

9 What to Expect When You Call to Request Counseling
A real person answers the phone, and you will not be put on hold. You will provide your employer or health plan name and basic contact information in case a call back is needed. You will be asked about your needs and preferences for counseling and be matched with a short list of nearby counselors. You can either call to make your own appointment, or you can ask for help during the call. If you are in crisis, you will be connected with a counselor during the call for immediate help. Typical calls take less than 5 minutes.

11 What to Expect When You Request Online Support
You can go online to request in-person counseling or online consultations. For online consultations, a counselor will review your request and offer support or possibly recommend in-person counseling. To request counseling online: Go to MyRBH.com Click the Members button Enter your Access Code to: Request local counseling Initiate online consultations through eAccess

12 24-hour Crisis Support Toll-free access for you or a dependent in crisis Crisis counselors available by phone, 24 hours a day, days a year After hours calls are always answered by master-level clinicians.

13 What to Expect When You Call During a Crisis
If you call during business hours (7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Time), a customer service representative will immediately connect you with a counselor. You will not be put on hold. After hours or weekend calls are always answered directly by behavioral health professionals. You will not have to leave a message. During a crisis call, the counselor will work with you to stabilize your situation or arrange for immediate support. Actions during the call may include contacting friends or family to be with you, contacting emergency services, or planning to schedule local counseling. You can call for crisis support whenever needed, 24/365.

Identity Theft Recovery Home Ownership Program Online Legal Forms (wills, leases, etc.) Legal services: participants receive a free, half-hour consultation, by phone or in person, followed with a 25% discount in legal fees for each distinct legal situation. Financial services: participants receive free telephone consultations for financial issues. Consultations are available for up to 30 days for each new issue. Issues such as: Debt counseling Budgeting College Retirement planning Personal Mediation: participants receive free consultations for personal, family, and non-work related issues such as divorce, neighbor disputes, real estate, etc. Identity theft recovery: participants receive telephonic support in planning the recovery process for restoring your identity and credit after an incident. Home Ownership: participants receive support and information when shopping for a new home, making financial decisions, relocating or selling a home. Savings on closings or other fees are often available. Legal forms such as leases, contracts, deeds, and wills can be interactively completed online, saved, revised, downloaded, printed, and ed as you need them.

Receive support and information when shopping for a new home, making financial decisions, relocating or selling a home. Closing costs and other fees may be reduced by working with a qualified, network Realtor.

Receive telephonic support in planning the recovery process. Experienced professionals help to restore your identity and credit after an incident.

To view all of the services available to your group, you simply enter your Access Code and press Benefits. Then you can login to Personal Advantage or request online counseling consultations through eAccess. You can also click to use interactive legal forms, such as contracts, leases, and will preparation.

The Supervisors link leads to an area for learning about the EAP, including user manuals, tips sheets to give to employees, and promotional materials.

You also login to Personal Advantage at MyRBH by registering once and choosing a private username and password. It’s a like banking online. Personal Advantage includes current articles on health, family, and balancing work and life. Resources include personal health assessments, planning tools for home safety and disaster recovery, and movies about specific health conditions. Over 50 online trainings allow supervisors and employees to train at their own pace and print certificates of completion. Training topics include delegating, running efficient meetings, avoiding burnout, communication skills, and leadership.
