at Supavalue Supermarkets. Working with one colleague, you will decide who to interview for a customer service apprenticeship. Check through your job advert and then read through the two CVs you have received. Which candidate will you choose, and why?

What positive words could you use in your CV? Think of a sentence for your profile which could describe an achievement, personal quality or skill. E.g…. As a sales assistant, I was responsible for advising customers, problem-solving, organisation and stock control.
