LGRMS Dashboard Using Measures to Prioritize and Reduce Risk Dan Beck (678)

2 Joint effort of ACCG & GMA Set up as a non-profit corporation in 1988
Overseen by joint ACCG & GMA Board Developed as a service organization Funded by and services 6 insurance programs LGRMS was set up in 1988 as a non-profit Organization to help support the ACCG and GMA members reduce the risk of Insurance related losses. We are overseen by the LGRMS Board, which is made up by the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of both GMA and ACCG and the Director of LGRMS. Historically we have met annually, but in 2013 we are going to be meeting on a quarterly basis. We were designed as a service organization. Most members with ACCG and GMA do not have the resources to support a full-time loss control/ safety professional. The LGRMS Staff are here to provide members with a turn-key process, programs, training, tools, and materials to ensure members are as effective and efficient in reducing risk within their organizations as possible. We are funded by the 6 different insurance programs. Property & Liability, Workers Compensation, and Health Insurance within Both ACCG and GMA. Each LGRMS staff member completes an expense report weekly and assigns time and expenses to the fund they were service during the week. Any Questions? September 19, 2018
