In this video, we’ll walk you through signing up for your account.

To access account settings, start on then go to Technology and (Click) KW .

This is your homepage for account settings. To request address, click Sign Up.

4. myEmail Submit your request on this page. Please note:
Your address may not contain any Keller Williams trademarks.
Select kw.com from the domain drop-down list.
Your password must consist of:
between 8 and 20 characters
at least one uppercase letter
at least one lowercase letter
at least and one number
(Click) Create

5. my
Once you have submitted your request for address, your request will pend approval. Be sure your new address is approved BEFORE ordering any printed materials.
Please check back on this page for your approval in 24 to 48 hours.

6. Server Settings for Most Email Clients

Every version of every mail application is different, but they all ask for similar information. Consult your application’s help file for instructions specific to your application. Here is an example of the settings you’ll need.
Typically you are asked for:
Your name
Your address: enter your address
Account type: we recommend using IMAP
Incoming mail server: imap.gmail.com
Outgoing SMTP mail server: smtp.gmail.com
Username: your address
Password: your myKW mail password
