The SSE on-site team ensures: Service call response (Service Providers and Users) Operational availability Migration to new hardware (e.g. Test portal) Stats analysis Join&Share area operations and maintenance Order monitoring Integration with other systems Support for on-line multimedia training realization Access to data for service support

Registered users growth rate ~200 units/yr in the last 2 years (Cat-1 users excluded) In September 2009, 958 SSE users were registered (550 Sept 2007) In June 2008, 938 MERIS Cat-1 users have been registered, when the MERIS RR Cloud free download service has been published on the SSE Portal. Conclusions - SSE Workshop 2009
SSE shows a continuous growth of potentially interested Users The number of enabled Services is growing as well The Services usage has been increased providing services dedicated to Cat-1 users Average SSE Availability exceeds 99.5% A new Test Portal is available since August 2009 SSE Enhancements identified last year are now available on the test platform and will be available soon on the Operational Portal as well. New modules are available on SSE in order to facilitate the provision of more advanced chained Services (MSG-SEVIRI, besides MERIS, MODIS, Landsat, Spot) Other modules can be developed based on Service Providers interest to develop related services
