2 About Us The Festival Peachtree Latino is the largest Multicultural cultural event in the state of Georgia since Featuring hundreds of exhibitors, family activities, arts and crafts, international foods and a high pro-file outdoor music exposition and concert with both renowned international recording artists and local performers. Recognized as the largest, most important and popular multicultural event held in Atlanta, Festival Peachtree Latino is proud to announce its fifteenth anniversary edition. We bring together a legacy of traditions, music, gastronomical selections, artisan cultures, and crafts represented by each region of the world.

3 Our Mission To create a multi-cultural tradition and serve as an integrating vehicle to foster development and strengthen commercial relationships between hispanic audiences and businesses. We focus on business. We know it is essential that businesses are able to effectively advertise their product or service to the proper market. Therefore, we strategically provide an opportunity to create high visibility in the Hispanic market. Our Cause Since its beginning, the Festival Peachtree Latino has always been about benefiting the community and beyond. Scholarships Keep the Legacy Alive Within a wide field of possibilities the Festival Peachtree Latino remains ever true to the mis-sion of its founders – helping others. As a non-profit public charity event (501 c(3)) dedicated to celebrating the region’s robust Latino music and giving back, the Festival raises money yearly for educational scholarships. Scholarships are awarded by the Southern Latino Foundation from the proceeds of the Festival Peachtree Latino. The purpose of the scholarship is to support and honor local students in pur-suit of continuing education that have demonstrated commitment to serving their community.

5 Location Piedmont Park is a 189-acre (076 km2) urban park in Atlanta, Georgia, located about 1 mile (1.6 km) northeast of downtown, between the Midtown and Virginia Highland neighborhoods. Originally the land was owned by Dr. Benjamin Walker, using it as his out-of-town gentleman’s Driving Club (later renamed the Piedmont Driving Club), as he wanted to establish an exclusive club and racing ground for horse enthusiasts. The Driving Club was acquired by prominent Atlantan Charles A. Collier, who used the land for fairs and exportations and later gave the park its name.
