When keypad lockout is enabled all keys at the thermostat will be disabled except for the backlight button

Keypad lockout is a complete lockout of all buttons on the thermostat, similar to putting a lock box over the thermostat. Explore why they want the range (probably temp limits)

No, we allow flexibility for each thermostat to have its own individual lock feature.
The temp up and menu button didn’t clear the lockout
Try a soft reset by pressing the temp up, down, and fan button at the same time. The down side is this will change your schedule and setting to default values
