1 Important Dates 9/5 – NO SCHOOL Labor Day 9/12 – Early Release @ 12:30
Classroom News What an exciting two days we’ve had! We have been getting acquainted with the places in our school that we need to visit. We took a tour and learned the school rules in each area. Please discuss the school rules with your child and send back the signed sheet. Your child will receive a prize from Mrs. Johnson! You will find two yellow half sheets in your child’s folder tonight. Please fill them out even if you do not want to subscribe to either magazine. We can earn prizes for our classroom for every response that comes back! I have subscribed to them and they are lots of fun though if you’re interested. Tuesday, September 6 - PBIS Assembly! Wear Red! Literacy Tip: Correct pencil grip is important as we work on handwriting skills. Please show your child how to use his/her pointer finger and thumb to hold it. We will work on this at school as well.
