3. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from the email Alert
Surveys are created to evaluate a supplier’s performance, you may be asked to participate or respond to the survey. You will receive an notification that you have been invited to participate in the Survey.
To access the survey, click the link provided in the .

4. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from your To Do Portlet
To access the survey from your To Do portlet, click the Document ID or the Document Title.

5. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from your To Do Portlet
The survey owner or creator will establish a time limit for the entire survey. When you access the survey, you will see how much time remains on the survey.
The Event Contents panel contains sections specific to your area or focus. To skip ahead to a specific content area, click the content title.

6. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from your To Do Portlet
Read and respond to the survey questions. Response values can be in the form of a pick list, a number, or text in one or multiple lines.
The Save button should be used when you are not ready to submit the survey but don’t want to lose your input.

7. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from your To Do Portlet
When all of the sections of the survey are complete and are ready for submission, select Submit Entire Response button.
*Note: You will not be able to submit the entire survey until all required questions have been answered.

8. SPM Project Overview Accessing the Survey from your To Do Portlet
If there is still time remaining in the survey, you can still make changes. Click the Blue Revise Response button at the top of the survey.
You will receive a confirmation that the responses have been submitted
At anytime, participants have the option to communicate with the owner of the SPM project and all team members by clicking on the “Compose Message” button.
