4. Quality Benchmarks
Learning Agreements - Set of standards agreed between the union and employer to support employees in their development
(As per the ACAS Code of Practice)
Union Learning Reps - The role of the Union Learning Rep is to advocate and signpost people to lifelong learning opportunities
MoU’s - To design, develop and deliver bespoke learning programmes (not ‘off the shelf’ packages) with providers
Health & Safety Inductions – Ensuring that young people receive quality instruction, training and supervision (coaching/mentoring)
