2 voice project Our core purpose is improving organisations by giving people a voice We specialise in employee surveys, 360 surveys and customer surveys Our key points of difference are: Long-term client relationships Flexible solutions for different needs and budgets Grounded in ongoing scientific research We grew out of a research project at Macquarie University, and since 2002 we’ve given a voice to over 2 million people across more than 3,000 organisations

3 what’s been happening at Voice
We’ve continued to enhance our own in house survey platform to cater to a wider variety of clients, helping to automate survey delivery and reporting Our surveys have a refreshed report design We’re responding to a slight trend towards shorter pulse surveys by researching a core set of questions and streamlining our free team survey Excellent Workplace recognition program for our highest performing clients suggested that it’s been well received and achieving these things. We’re now looking at moving to this look for our other offerings, so watch this space.

18 Developing our leaders
Being a leader means not being afraid to take responsibility for all aspects of leadership; Being consistent and a role model of our values and behaviours; Continually strengthening our leadership practice by taking it personally. A “servant-leader” focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. Traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the “top of the pyramid,” The servant-leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.'

19 Building a great place to work
How will you create a Great Place to Work? Behaviours that are aligned with the Mission Australia values on a day to day basis. Importance of effective communication. How to work more effectively as part of a team? How to deal with conflict in the workplace?
