2 New Users-Signing up for TripCase
Go to and sign up any time Enter your First and Last name, your address, and create a password. Please ensure that the address used is the same for both your TripCase account and your HRG booking. Once you receive the , it will ask you to click and verify your , and from there it will bring you to your itinerary. This is where the Trip Case slides will be placed. You can delete this slide.

3 Importing Trips Into TripCase
The easiest way? Book travel through HRG North America When confirmation address matches registered TripCase account, the trip will automatically be imported into the TripCase account. This is where the Trip Case slides will be placed. You can delete this slide.

5 HRG and TripCase For bookings made through HRG, when you login to TripCase and access your My Trips page, all trips for which an confirmation has been sent to you, have already made their way into your account. 

6 Reservation and Documents
To access the details of a trip, select View Trip from the Action drop down menu. Once you click on View Trip, you will view the details of your reservation. To access your invoices, you can click on Document at the top of the page. A list of all the invoices issued for the reservation will be listed. You can click on the invoice number to access the actual invoice.

8 Enhancements for Arrangers
If a confirmation was not ed to you, the trip will not be linked to your account. In order to import the trip, you will need to Create a New Trip: Name the trip Click “I am not the traveler Add traveler name Create

In order to ensure that your travelers’ trips are listed separately in your account, ensure that in your profile under “Account Settings” you un-check the box that says “I want to auto-merge my trips when overlapping dates are identified”
