17. If I make a BAD CHOICE 1st Offense: Verbal Warning.
2nd Offense: Student must schedule an appointment to fill out the Student Action Plan with Ms. Gregoire. Parent is contacted.
3rd Offense: Detention with teacher during lunch or after school. Parent is contacted again.
4th Offense: Administrative Referral.
**Severe behavior clause: The teacher reserves the right to go straight to an administrative referral for extreme cases**                         

18. Cell Phones 1st offense: Verbal warning
2nd offense: Cell phone confiscated and returned at the end of class
3rd offense: Cell phone confiscated and returned at the end of the day
4th offense: Parent contact and administrative referral
**WILL BE COLLECTED ON QUIZ/TEST DAYS

19. Tardy Policy Students are allowed three tardies to class.
On the fourth tardy, the student will take the tardy paragraph and write the paragraph three times by hand.
This is to be returned to Ms. Gregoire.
Failure to do so will result in a detention and your parent/guardian will be contacted.
After seven tardies, an administrative referral will be issued.
