3. How it Works?
Prior to the event, Client will be asked to Post Jobs and Upload their Microsites (as per participation levels)
Promotions will then break-out in a synchronized manner between various Media Options.
Promotions will direct Traffic to the Virtual Job Fair page on TimesJobs. Candidates who visit this page are free to then decide which company/jobs they wish to explore/apply.
Clients can process applications received against jobs as soon as promotions begin. Though promotions are for a 15 day duration, Jobs will be live for 60 days on TimesJobs.

Multiple Chat Room (Feature Available for 3 Days during Event)
As part of Virtual Job Fair, TimesJobs also provide LIVE multi chat feature to enable digital connect between recruiters and candidates.
The feature shall allow candidates to connect and converse with recruiters, share questions and career queries on real times basis through the LIVE chat feature. The feature will enable recruiters to have a live chat with many prospective candidates in one single window.
Recruiters will have a separate chat module, where they would get only approved and moderated questions by an internal TimesJobs moderator. TJ moderator will facilitate and conduct the chat session to ensure a smooth flow between recruiters and candidates.
TimesJobs shall further share excerpts of all chat sessions with recruiters if required.
