13
Monitoring & Reporting
Less raw data than initially hoped to this point; Consistent data collection format across both Hubs; Too soon to draw conclusions from data Reporting: Predominantly a project narrative; More targeted approach going forward;
14
Lessons Learned Key Lessons Learned: Too many key deliverables
Underestimated resource commitments; Delivery timescales for the Hub units; Need for joint Steering and Working groups; Risk Assessment/ Health & Safety complications
15
Lessons Learned What we would do differently:
Year 1 – Design and planning; Year 2 – Hub creation; A single ARA team to manage both projects; Start Working and Steering groups earlier
16
Successes Key Successes: Issues relating to the Hub units resolved;
Fostering of strong relationships with Partners; E-bikes as an ‘icebreaker’; Development of links within communities; Growing bank of volunteers
17
Both Hubs are looking forward to a successful 2016 and beyond!
