SHRM Student Membership Benefits Professional membership dues are $180 per year Student membership dues are just $35 per year ©SHRM 2012

8 Student Member Eligibility Requirements
SHRM Student Membership Benefits Enrolled in an HR or related degree program (e.g., HRM, HRD, Business Administration & Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, MBA, MBA/HR, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Sociology) Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester, or during a 15-week equivalency Limited to a maximum of 6 years, non-consecutive Agree to a statement of affirmation (in lieu of submitting copies of course schedules as proof of enrollment) Students who are in established, professional roles would retain their current SHRM membership status. Existing professional members would not be eligible to transfer to a student membership. Effective August 1, 2011 ©SHRM 2012
