Earlier this year a joint company was formed with founder members of the PSNC and NPA New venture to support the community pharmacy sector in bidding for, winning and successfully implementing tenders for new services Helping to build a vibrant future for pharmacy

8 Becoming a provider company
Company formation service will give full trading ability with documentation to start trading straight away. This includes: Incorporation of your company Copy of your certification of incorporation Payment of the statutory fees Templates of Statutory registers and recording of directors meetings The company will be incorporated at Companies House and all relevant documentation will be received within 3 working days or less if more urgent.
