8. Becoming a provider company
Company formation service will give full trading ability with documentation
to start trading straight away. This includes:
Incorporation of your company
Copy of your certification of incorporation
Payment of the statutory fees
Templates of Statutory registers and recording of directors meetings
The company will be incorporated at Companies House and all relevant documentation will be received within 3 working days or less if more urgent.
