1. How do I order and ID card?

2. Visit Brenau intranet
At click on the link under Student Tools, Get A Student ID Card.

3. Full Identity Site
You will be routed to a the Full Identity third party vendor site.
Read the instructions.
This page requires you enter your Brenau address which ends if you are ordering a student ID.
After you click submit you will see the message as shown below in red. Go to your Brenau Tiger mail account and click the link you were sent.

4. Email from full identity
In your inbox the following will appear. It is from Full Identity. This confirms and registers your student information and allows you to start the request for your student ID card.

5. Uploading a photo… You will need to upload a photo of yourself.
Upload a photo meeting the size requirements explained on the site and shown above. If you use anything larger your will see the error above. Just click back on your browser and re-upload after resizing your image. See next slide for tools to resize image.
Make sure the photo is taken from the shoulders and up so it can be used to identify you as a valid Brenau student.
This also adds a photo to our Brenau server so we can see your picture in the CampusWEB student directory.

6. Resizing your picture
You can use the Paint application under accessories on your PC to resize your image
Or you can download IRFanview. Google it.

7. Successful upload of image
If the size of your image is acceptable you will move to a confirmation page showing your image.
Click Yes if you uploaded the correct image
If not click No and start over.

8. Completing transaction
When you are done uploading your image you will proceed to a the payment processing page. Click continue to select choice of payment and enter your mailing address.
Your ID card will be mailed to the address provided.
Print your receipt and call this number if you have not received your ID or if something is wrong with your ID when you receive it. (866) … If you cannot reach anyone at this number call the IT Help Desk at so we can follow up with Full Identity.
