5. On clicking for Landline/Broadband tab in previous window, the page shown below will open. Enter your Telephone number, CA number & Email ID as shown below. CA No. is available on your Telephone Bill. PS: A valid Email id is required for acknowledgement of payment. (8 –Digit) Enter Tel No., CA No. & Email 5

6. On successful verification, the next page will show Unpaid & Paid bills. To pay your unpaid bill, click on “Unpaid Bills”. Click Here to see unpaid bills 6

7. Payment can be made for particular unpaid bill by clicking on “Pay” link as shown below. Click Here to pay this unpaid bill Note 1: The user can view particular bill by clicking on “View Bill” link & same will open in PDF. Note 2: The user can also view STD/ISD details by clicking “ STD / ISD Details”. 7

8. Two options are available for making payments - “Pay through Credit/Debit Card” OR “Pay through Net Banking”. On selecting the respective option, you will be directed to Payment Gateway. 8

9. On completion of the transaction, the transaction details will be displayed as shown below. The e-receipt for the same will be available after two working days of making the payment. The e- receipt can be downloaded/ printed by procedure as described in next slides. 9

10. Type http://mtnldelhi.in/paynow.htm in the browser and click on payment “Payment E-receipt for Landline/ Broadband” tab as shown below. A new window will open as shown in next slide.http://mtnldelhi.in/paynow.htm Click here to print E-receipt 10

11. In the window displayed below click on the “View/Print Payment Confirmation” tab. Click here to print E- receipt 11

12. Enter Telephone number, CA number OR Payment Confirmation No. as shown below. The Payment Confirmation No. is same as Transaction No. as obtained in Slide No.-9. 12

13. For viewing/printing the E-receipt, click the desired receipt no. Click here to print desired E- receipt 13
