Squad Sergeants more involved. Having the Academic officer as an Advisor to the Squad Sergeants. Continue with no cell phone distraction policy for 4th Class during cadre period. Ensure 4th Class are using the Academic Support Center and other Academic Assistance.

9 Military Pillar Strategy
Incentivize cadets to take parade practice and parade more seriously. There will be more drillmasters to help facilitate next year. Continue to form up with the tallest stepping forward, facing front and facing left.

Around the time of Final Exams have the Honor Reps hold company meetings to remind the company of the importance of the Honor Code. Focus on Issues involving Academics and Honor. Have better explanations on ways to avoid committing an Honor Violation.

15 Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy
Alternate Workouts for PT to keep cadets motivated and involved. Create a Google Calendar, marking PT tests and help plan out workouts. Get other cadets within the company to plan PT days. Find leaders in each class to help motivate classmates for intramurals.
