Designing interface before knowing about human is like designing a bridge before knowing about bricks and stone and iron and steel.
You may think you know about human because you are a human, but in fact you don't know that much.
Because you are busy being a person
you have not taken the time to reflect about your behavior
Or to record other people's behavior and to understand it
Science knows a lot about people, even if differences remain between them

take a big website. They are too complex they involve politics and strategies. You wont get an answer when you try to contact them
