6 Entrance Into the Classroom
Make sure you have all necessary materials for the class. Normally there will not be any materials needed. When we get to cameras you can use your cell phones or devices. Enter the classroom quietly. Go directly to your assigned seat. Begin your bell work that is posted on the Smartboard/Projector. Most of the time this will be on your computer so you will have to login with your correct credentials.

8 Bell Work Every day you will have bell work to do that will excite you for the lesson that you will be working on during our class period. If you cannot for some reason figure out or understand the bell work you need to ask 3 people in your row/group before asking me for clarification. If I am already talking to another student or teacher please feel free to write your question down so that you do not forget it.

10 Talking When I am talking you will listen, when you are talking I will listen, nothing in between. If you want to add or question something that we are discussing please raise your hand, do not blurt out, we want everyone to be heard.

12 Devices and Backpacks/Book bags
Cell phones should be on vibrate or airplane mode. Charging Station/Cellphone holding area. Backpacks/Book bags need to be under your desk so that no one can trip on them.

13 Listening and Responding
Eyes open and attention focused on the teacher. Avoid distracting behaviors (snoring, tapping, etc). Raise your hand to respond to questions. Please turn your chair to see me and the Smartboard/Projector. You can always move during direction instruction too.

15 Supplies Supply tubs for each table are located in the front of the classroom. Pencils, pens, markers and much more are at the front of the classroom. You will not sharpen pencils, give one and take one please.

16 When You Are Done With Work
Work on unfinished assignments Do not bother others or walk around the room Do become an expert and help if it is needed Do work on extra websites that are listed on our class site Check out and add to our Twitter Feed Work on your digital portfolio Review our YouTube account and watch the inspiration play list

18 End of Class Procedures
Make sure you have logged out of your computer, do not turn it off. Look around your area and throw away any trash in the trash can nearest your desk. Return any classroom materials borrowed or used for the day’s lesson to the proper place. Headphones need to be wrapped up and put back in cubbies. Flash drives and sd cards put back. Push in your computer chair. Wait to be dismissed by Mrs. Jancoski (I dismiss you not the bell).

20 Bathroom or Pass Procedures
One at a time. It can’t happen in the first 10 minutes of class in case there are important instructions. You need to sign out. Place the hand sanitizer bottle on your desk. Leave your id in the black cup. Take the key.

23 Other Items Turn in baskets
Please do this at the end of the period if there is anything to turn in. Make sure your assignment has your: First Name Last Name Date Class Period or block

25 Classroom Policies Food and Beverages. Absences Ask team members or a classmate first for assignments. Each absence has a one-day grace period. I really and sincerely miss you when you are not here. No empty chairs! Miss you cards.

Verbal warning. Verbal warning and asked to move. Verbal warning and asked to fill out responsible thinking sheet in Ms. Montgomery’s room which is the print room. Follow the PBIS referral process.
