3 Why you have to reference
to avoid plagiarism foundation pillar of scientific communication reader can easily locate the sources used to show what the original information is to demonstrate how well you have studied the topic

4 When to cite Don’t copy other person’s texts as your own.
Separate your own thoughts and cited information from each other. engineer’s basic data without references direct quotations in ”quotation marks” You can attach pictures to your thesis without a personal permission from the author.

5 How to cite Be consistent – use always the same style in your text references and bibliographic references. Use guides for making the references. ISO 690:2010 and SFS 5989 standards Citation Guide Don’t copy ready-made references as such.

22 Importing references Do a search in database, select references and click RefWorks icon. If RefWorks icon is not available, follow the import instructions: (Help -> Launch Help File ->Getting References Into Your Account ->Importing From Online Data Vendors).

23 Attachments Attachments can be added to RefWorks references.
Searchable Default disk space / user account 100 MB, by request can be added to max 5 GB One user can have several user accounts.
