7. The aim of the project
is to foster balanced development of Ukrainian localities with environmental protection and energy efficiency measures.

9. The idea behind the project is to establish a network of partners working together on organization of EcoClubs (Energy Agencies),the Carpathians School and Sustainable Energy Days. As well the plan is for each partner organization to stage events on a local level (EcoClub activities, participation in the Carpathians School, Sustainable energy days, open for communication IT zones, bike tours etc).

11. We anticipate to achieve our aim through the network of Climate and Energy Clubs (Agencies) that will function on the basis of Kaniv and Kosiv CSOs. These Clubs will showcase energy efficiency practices, organize free IT zones, host events on wireless batteries charging.

13. Climate and Energy Club in Kaniv founded in cooperation with local authorities is planned to:
• Assist condominium owners in effective property management, obtaining utility services of high quality, gaining access to budgeting in order to improve energy efficiency of the buildings.
• Provide informational support on financial products usage, including seminars, consultations and accounting for housing cooperatives, local authorities, campaign runners etc.
• Run informational campaigns, establish partnership on energy saving measures and energy efficiency impact on climate change.

15. Energy and Climate Club in Kosiv, created on the basis of Center for Public Initiatives office is planned:
• To run awareness raising campaigns of modern demonstrative energy efficiency practices among local population and climate change.
•To conduct informational campaign on energy consumption, production and effective usage; to run awareness raising campaign on connection between energy and environment, biomass usage and renewables.
• To demonstrate energy efficiency on example of passive house. To set up playground in order to create friendly atmosphere for kids, the playground will be located near the office with an installation to show kids that good results can be achieved collectively.
