If you currently do not drink sugary drinks, great! Now go and encourage others and share this article with them. Some of the benefits in going sugary drink free are: There is a neighborhood in Mississippi called Sugar Ditch Alley because of their open sewer. Yuck! Well this is what I call the sugary drink aisle in the grocery stores – “Sugar Ditch Alley.” I call the aisle Sugar Ditch Alley because this ditch can put your body and your life in a rut. The next time you are near Sugar Ditch Alley, take a stroll down it and visualize all the sugar in that Ditch. It’s incalculable! With all this being said, I am proclaiming January 2016 “Train Faithfully No Sugary Drink Month”. “Train Faithfully No Sugary Drink Month” is where I encourage both adults and kids alike to refrain from Sugary Drinks for the month of January.
