Payne H/O in attendance: 14 Guests: (Clement, Ottenad, Ruck, Walsh, & Willson) Meeting held at Manchester Police Facility Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 8:20 p.m. 1. Proof of Notice of Meeting 2. Reading of minutes of preceding meeting (March, 2013). Lynn Lee read the minutes of the 2014 corporate meeting. Minutes were accepted and approved.

2014 Accomplishments Common Ground – Playground equipment was sandblasted and repainted. A four-seat swing set was replaced with a new one and moved to a better location. Pool – Purchased new “safety covers” for the lap and “z” pools. A storage building was purchased and assembled to store pool chemicals outside the clubhouse. Clubhouse – The parking lot was resealed. A wall A/C unit & hot water heater were replaced. Bundled two land lines with U-verse to reduce annual costs. Tennis Courts– Tennis court repair fund increased to $22, 9 9

-Financial Update - A financial overview was given by Treasurer, Mike Ritchie. Reports of Committees - Architectural Control Committee Members include Karen Kenny, Tim Martin, Mary Dippold, and Kathy Rayfield. -Joel Kray, chairperson of Architectural Control Committee (ACC), gave a verbal summary of all facts noted as follows. He also thanked trustees for their work and acknowledged thanks for ACC diligence. -Summary of 2014 Total of 69 Applications Received 8 Reviews denied, 1-no documentation, 1-accent color

Applications Not Approve; 6-Paint color, 1-No site plot map for fence, 1-Roof extension w/ no dimensions or material listed, 1-Contrasting color on fascia, horizontal and corner boards. In 2011 the ACC required and continues to require paint samples on boards, furnished by the subdivision, of material as on the home or to be used on the home. Indentures require wood tones of tan, brown, cedar, or shade of gray but not a color with gray mixed in.

ACC Plans For 2015 Continue to remind homeowners that any trim around windows and doors cannot be painted white or black. Horizontal and corner trim must be the same color as the home. Homes are getting older and in need of more upkeep. There are more home repair and improvement projects to review every year. Help preserve our neighborhood.

Reminder to ALL Residents of Countrylane Woods II A Review for Architectural Control Should be Completed for Any Exterior Home Repair or Improvement Project except planting trees and shrubs, roofs and concrete driveway and sidewalk work. This quick process is in place to prevent a homeowner from making mistakes that may end up costing them time and money. Please ask for permission in advance. Do not ask for forgiveness after the fact Projects done in violation of the subdivision indentures will need to be redone at the homeowner’s expense.

Council meetings are the first and third Mondays of each month. Architectural Control Committee Summary of 2015 REPORT ON INDENTURE VIOLATIONS 1 Home cited in 2014 was repainted to meet the guidelines of the Indentures within the 12-month grace period granted by the Trustees. 2 Homes cited in 2015 must apply for architectural review and be repainted in 2016 to meet guidelines of the Indentures before their 12-month grace period expires and the fine forgiven. Otherwise the homeowners will be fined in accordance with the Indentures ($10 per day) retroactive to the date of violation. 42 42

Architectural Control Committee Summary of 2015 In 2011, the ACC required and continues to require paint samples on a one foot square of material as on the home or to be used on the home. Indentures require wood tones of tan, brown, cedar, or shades of gray, but not another color with a little gray mixed in.
