You will be trained in fire drills, tornado drills, bus evacuation drills, lock down drills, black out drills, blood borne pathogens, emergency evacuation drills and lab safety.
Bring your own technology- No texting, pictures, recording. We have a cart of computers, Phones are not necessary unless in class unless specifically instructed to use. Flipping pages/spyware. No music in the classroom anytime, do not ask!!!! Spyware!!

22. New Copies of the Textbook
I still use the textbook in class. It is a excellent reference book on the science subjects we will study this year. I have gotten nice copies of the textbook replacing our old worn and torn books. I expect there will be no writing or damage to the books. They are not to be put onto the floor.

I DO NOT do EXTRA CREDIT WORK. WHY??? Be prepared to do the work the first time it is assigned. Your grade is what you earn in my class; usually about 1600 points per quarter are available to earn.

33. What happens when I am Absent or late turning in an assignment?
Students have 3 days to make up work when absent. It is your responsibility to schedule with me. I am not going to hunt you.
If you fail to meet a due date the work can be turned in late with a 10% reduction in points for each day late. Work will not be accepted once I return the assignment to the rest of the class. You will complete all assignments or your parents and I are going to become best friends!! ! Doghouse probably for you!!!!
